In order for students to have a great learning experience students must be on time for their lessons.
If the student arrives late to a lesson, the student will only be taught for the duration of the time slot provided.
If your children are attending a lesson, please have them visit the bathroom prior to class as to lessen any
interruption during class sessions.
Fees must be paid before the term commences. Payments by instalments can be arranged by contacting
the accounts department.
If fees are not paid on time, lessons will be suspended.
If there are fees outstanding from past terms, a student won’t be able to enrol into the next term until
those fees have been paid in full.
With regards to private lessons, if a student cannot attend their lessons and they give at least 24 hours’ notice, the lesson may be made up during the term, subject to teacher availability.
If the teacher cancels any lesson (private or group), the teacher may organise to make up this lesson during term, subject to availability.
With regards to group lessons, students will be charged for the full term’s fees regardless of any lessons missed.
CANCELLING YOUR TUITION
If a student is not continuing with tuition, you must contact the Academy Administrator.
If enrolled in group lessons, no refund will apply.
For individual lessons, the teacher + accounts administrator must be provided with 7 days’ notice,
otherwise fees will continue to occur.
